- 1/2 tsp each of garlic and onion powder

- 1/4 tsp Crushed Black pepper

- 1 cup Milk

- Poach the chicken breast with the ingredients mentioned except the basil leaves for about 15 -20 mins till they are done and then toss it in the oil and butter left behind.... add a tsp of butter & basil leaves and toss and saute the chicken breast....keep it on the serving plate.

- Put the flame up a bit and add the milk to it, mixing it simultaneously so that no lumps form, then lower it and cook for another 5-10 minutes stirring it throughout till it thickens to the desired consistency like a sauce.
